Hill Associates Policies
Hill Associates does not capture information about visitors to our website unless they:
- register for one of our courses or purchase one of our products.
- contact us to request information about our company or products.
Any email distribution initiated by Hill Associates includes an opt-out feature as required by federal and state law.
Hill Associates maintains strict confidentiality of any personal information provided by our clients and students. Hill Associates' mailing lists are not sold or shared with any outside agency, and are only used for maintaining contact with Hill Associates customers, clients, students, and those who have explicitly requested information from us.
Our mailing list is administered by Constant Contact, which requires strict adherence to their own privacy policies.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. We also accept company purchase orders. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. Prepayment is required for all students. Registration terms and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Live E-learn Tuition
Tuition covers all course materials, which are electronically available no more than seven days prior to the start of the course. Headsets are not included with the course fee but can be purchased separately.
Your Quality Guarantee
We believe we offer the best telecommunications training, bar none. The guarantees for our public course offerings are as follows:
Live E-Learn Events: If you attend a stand-alone Live E-Learn Event and are dissatisfied with the course, simply submit a request for a full refund within 24 hours of the course.
Live E-Learn Programs: If you are attending a Live E-Learn Program and, after the first session of your course, you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, simply request a refund prior to the start of the second session of the program and receive a 100 percent refund.
ExperTech: Products will be replaced or refunded for the full purchase price in the case of defective merchandise, at your discretion. If the product is not defective, but is unopened, the purchase price less shipping will be refunded on customer's credit card account, if returned within 14 days of purchase. If the product is not defective and has been opened by the customer, the purchase price less shipping and less a 25 percent restock fee will be refunded to the customer's credit card account.
Guarantees for privately delivered courses are contract-based and not covered by this guarantee.
Tuition for our publicly scheduled courses is fully refundable (less a 5 percent handling fee) if notification of cancellation is received and confirmed by email more than 7 days prior to the start of the class. Due to materials being made available during the week prior to the class, tuition is not refundable after this time. If you must cancel within 7 days of the course, tuition can be applied to another Live E-Learn Event or Live E-Learn Program provided you notify us prior to the first day of class. Failure to attend the course without notification prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
If Hill Associates is forced to cancel a course for any reason, registrants will automatically receive a 100 percemt refund.
Cancellation policies for privately delivered courses are contract-based and not covered by this policy.
License Agreement for Live E-Learn Events and Programs
Payment of tuition gives you a personal non-exclusive, nontransferable license to attend one event, program, or course. Sharing your license with anyone else is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.
All Hill Associates courses are copyrighted. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited.
