Core Technologies

Although Hill Associates provides training in a wide variety of delivery modes, including several e-learning products and several styles of classroom training, the flagship of our product line remains classroom-based core technology training. Our instructors are experts in telecommunications, and highly skilled at taking complex concepts and presenting them to a wide variety of audiences. In the classroom, our instructors discuss theoretical concepts, provide industry perspectives, and actively engage learners by asking questions and facilitating discussions. They incorporate group activities such as casework (often simulating a customer interaction), joint presentations, instructional games, laboratory exercises, and study groups. They are widely regarded as the best in the business by our clients and students.

The results are measurable. Armed with a better understanding of the technologies they sell or work with, students emerge from our programs better able to do their jobs. And they know their Hill Associates instructor is a long-term partner. We regularly receive queries from former students asking us to clarify a concept or provide suggestions for additional learning resources, and we are happy to respond.

Our classroom technology training is available for private audience deliveries only, and currently includes training in the following areas:
